7-day returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or wrong items
Items that arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect are replaced or refunded in full, including delivery charges. Please report within 48 hours with photos.
Non-returnable items
Opened beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
